The pilot is carried out in Nes, Norway by RESPONSE project partner Ruter, a public transport company in the Oslo and Akershus region.

The Nes pilot runs from 11th November, 2019 to 8th May, 2021 and is aimed to benefit elderly people (67+) in the region.

The pilot aims to provide an opportunity to learn how to create more flexible and individualized transport solutions in rural areas that meet the needs of elderly travellers groups giving them increased freedom, improved health and improved quality of life, as well as reducing the use of a private cars.
